“Trees represent growth and sustainability, and these concepts are central to the relationship that we strive for in our communities. We are partnering with communities to ensure our business is sustainable for the long term,” said Jake Santora, general manager at Eagle Manufacturing, LLC.

“This provides our communities, and the employees who work for us, with more than a job for today, but also security for the future. We have used the image of the tree for our Grow with Us communication symbolizing all of the ways that employees can work, learn and grow with Linamar.”

Gateway and Eagle Manufacturing/Linamar employees and apprentices gathered to celebrate the corporate anniversary and to celebrate their partnership which has supported apprenticeships, workforce education and training for the betterment of the community.

“We are honored to be part of this celebration with Eagle Manufacturing/Linamar, our partners for over 10 years,” said Carissa Schutzmann, VP of Corporate College at Gateway Community and Technical College.

“Linamar is a premier manufacturer in Northern Kentucky to whom we have had the privilege of delivering the Linamar Leadership Development program, training in Lean Six Sigma, yellow belt, and green belt, and apprenticeships through the Northern Kentucky Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education Chapter. Eagle Manufacturing/Linamar’s multi-faceted approach to filling the workforce shortage is exemplary. We look forward to partnering for years to come.”

The Eagle Manufacturing/Linamar culture drives a spirit of engagement and contribution that goes beyond business to relationships developed with the communities they serve. For this reason, they are planting 50 trees around the world as a symbol of relationships in communities during 50 years of business. In Florence, trees were also planted at Eagle Manufacturing and Stringtown Park.
