Kentucky students, including six from NKY, make Dean’s List at Ohio University Athens campus


More than 4,000 students qualified for the fall semester 2015 Dean’s List at Ohio University’s Athens campus. Included in the list were 16 students from Kentucky, six of whom are from Northern Kentucky.

The students represented every region of the United States and numerous countries, including Yemen, China, Chile, Botswana and France.

To achieve this distinction, Ohio University students must earn at least 3.5 grade point average for the semester through a schedule of classes totaling at least 15 hours, 12 of which were taken for letter grades.

Students on the Dean’s List represented Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and 31 states, including: Alabama; California; Florida; Louisiana; Massachusetts; Montana; New York; Ohio and Virginia.
