Gov. Matt Bevin has made the following appointments to Kentucky’s Universities and College Boards:
Jennifer Yue Barber, Kelly Knight Craft and Michael A. Christian have been appointed to the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees.
• Jennifer Yue Barber, of Louisville, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. She is replacing William S. Farish, of Versailles, whose term has expired.
• Kelly Knight Craft, of Lexington, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. She is replacing Oliver K. Gannon, of Mt. Sterling, whose term has expired.
• Michael A. Christian, of Ashland, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Terry Mobley, of Lexington, whose term has expired.
Julie A. Hinson and Jason McKinney have been appointed to the Western Kentucky University Board of Regents.
• Julie A. Hinson, of Prospect, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. She is replacing Melissa Dennison, of Glasgow, whose term has expired.
• Jason McKinney, of Scottsville, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Laurence J. Zielke, of Louisville, whose term has expired.

Lewis Diaz, and Ramakrishna Vasudevan have been appointed to the Eastern Kentucky University Board of Regents.
• Lewis Diaz, of Union, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Ernest House, of London, whose term has expired.
• Ramakrishna Vasudevan, of Frankfort, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing David Tandy, of Louisville, whose term has expired.
Dalton Jantzen and Paul C. Harnice have been appointed to the Kentucky State University Board of Regents.
• Dalton Jantzen, of Payneville, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Charles Whitehead, of Villa Hills, whose term has expired.
• Paul C. Harnice, of Frankfort, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing David Guarnieri, of Frankfort, whose term has expired.

Terri S. Walters and Patrick Price have been appointed to the Morehead State University Board of Regents. Craig Preece has been reappointed.
• Terri S. Walters, of Pikeville, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. She is replacing Patrick Price, of Flemingsburg, whose term has expired.
• Patrick Price, of Flemingsburg, shall serve for the remainder of an unexpired term ending June 30, 2019. He is replacing Kevin W. Pugh, Pikeville, who has resigned.
• Craig Preece, of Lovely, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022.
Walter Bumphus and Lisa Rudolph have been appointed to the Murray State University Board of Regents.
• Walter Bumphus, of Austin, Texas, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Jerry S. Thornton, of Moreland Hills, whose term has expired.
• Lisa Rudolph, of Kirksey, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. She is replacing Harry Lee Waterfield, II, of Frankfort, whose term has expired.

Normand G. Desmarais and Gregory S. Shumate have been appointed to the Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents.
• Normand G. Desmarais, of Covington, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Elizabeth Thompson, of Nicholasville, whose term has expired.
• Gregory S. Schumate, of Ft. Mitchell, shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022. He is replacing Nathaniel G. Smith, of Ft. Mitchell, whose term has expired.
Lisa V. Desmarais has been appointed to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents.
• Lisa V. Desmarais, of Covington, shall serve for a term expiring July 21, 2022. She is replacing Carolyn Flynn, Murray, whose term has expired.
Stephen L. Zeitz and Michael L. Keck have been appointed to the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority Board of Directors and the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation Board of Directors.
