Children Inc. honors six community leaders, organizations with Imagine Tomorrow Awards

Children, Inc. hosted its Annual Luncheon to say thanks to its dedicated volunteers and to recognize special supporters with the Imagine Tomorrow Awards.

Nearly 200 guests attended the event at Madison Event Center.

The Imagine Tomorrow Awards are given each year to individuals or organizations who have contributed greatly to early childhood education in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region.

This year’s awardees were:

Susan Cook for her lifetime of service to children in our region,
Ethicon, a division of Johnson and Johnson, for their multi-year partnership and volunteer efforts to support Children, Inc.’s Montessori Early Learning Academy,
Caroline and Chuck Goering for all of their amazing support over many years of Children, Inc. and so many other worthy organizations in the community,
The Andrew Jergens Foundation for their 40 years of generosity to Children, Inc. as well as many other organizations in the region,
Boone County School District for dreaming and achieving innovation in education,
International Revenue Services for the extraordinary public private partnership.

“This event is our way of graciously saying thank you to all of those who have helped us to success over the years and to dream with us about what Children, Inc.’s 40th year will hold.” Commented CEO Rick Hulefeld.

Children, Inc., a United Way Agency Partner, is a highly rated nonprofit provider in child care, family support, and school age services in Greater Cincinnati.

Its work in advocacy, training, and research builds a strong foundation for success for 2,000 children and families every day.
