McLouth promoted to head coach for women’s lacrosse at Thomas More


Thomas More College president David A. Armstrong, J.D. and athletic director Terry Connor have named Rebecca McLouth the new head women’s lacrosse coach at Thomas More.

McLouth served as an assistant coach at Thomas More during the 2016 season under former head coach Jon Durham. She helped the Saints increase their win total from the previous season and set numerous single-game and single-season program records.

McLouth also has high school coaching experience in Ohio as she has been a varsity coach at Indian Hill High School and Mason High School.

McLouth played collegiate lacrosse at NCAA Division I James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia from 2008-2013. She was a member of two Colonial Athletic Association championships and the team advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 and Elite 8 while she was a Duke.

McLouth led the Dukes in assists during the 2013 season and as an Athletic Director Scholar Athlete in 2012 and 2013.

Coach McLouth received a Bachelor of Science degree in sports and recreation management from James Madison in 2013 and currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from Thomas More.
