Perry will speak to the theme, Powered by Purpose, and will share personal philosophies on leadership, life and lessons he’s learned.

“What I know about me is that, in order to lead, you also have to know how to follow,” Perry said.

“Tyler Perry is known as one of the world’s foremost cinematic innovators and without a doubt, he is a Leader Worth Following,” said Duane Cummings, CEO of Leadercast. “Mr. Perry will help our audience further develop their leadership skills.”

The epic event brings together some of the most recognized and respected global leaders to create an experience unlike any other.

In addition to Mr. Perry, the 2017 speaker line-up includes: Daniel Pink, Dr. Henry Cloud, Jess Ekstrom, Molly Fletcher, Andy Stanley and Suzy Welch, among others.

“Companies that aspire toward the ideals of improving people’s lives outperform their competitors by 400 percent,” explained Mike Sipple, Jr., chair of the NKY Leadercast Steering Committee and president of Centennial, Inc.

“Employees who feel that they are working toward a good cause show increased productivity of up to 30 percent and workers who are able to make a social or an environmental impact on the job are more satisfied by a 2:1 ratio.”

The theme of this year’s Leadercast Live is Powered by Purpose.

More than 70 percent of people consider an organization’s environmental
and/or social impact when deciding where to work.

“Purpose is what defines us, drives us, and empowers us. It is the glue for an organization and the fuel for an individual.  Today’s organization can’t rely on old practices. A new organizational style is emerging — and at the center of its driving force is the igniting power of purpose,” Sipple said.

“It’s our job to inspire and train leaders in our community,” said Sipple. His company, along with other noted brands such as Chick-fil-A Northern Kentucky, Core Consulting Group, DG Advisors, Gilchrist Group, NKY Foundation, Republic Bank and Vistage are bringing the global Leadercast event to Northern Kentucky.
