People in News: Quinn joins Republic Bank in Private Banking; Immedion promotes Detmer; Spivy at DBL


Republic Bank has named Amy Quinn its new Private Banking Officer. As a Private Banking Officer, Quinn will be responsible for handling banking needs for both individual customers and businesses who have high service and complex needs; including credit cards, home equity lines, small business loans and treasury management loans.

She will be working out of the Florence location.

Prior to being hired at Republic Bank, Quinn served as Vice President at Commonwealth Bank and Trust in Florence. As Vice President, she managed sales of bank products, new business, operations and customer service.
 
With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Quinn began her career in banking at Fifth Third and also worked at Peoples Bank of Kentucky, which was later acquired by Bank of Kentucky.
 
Quinn has extensive experience in the non-profit community. She has graduated from the Kenton County Government Academy and is also Vice Chair of the Notre Dame Academy Board of Directors and had numerous roles at Diocesan of Catholic Children’s Home. She is an alumna of Leadership Northern Kentucky’s class of 2004, where she served as Vice President. She has actively stayed involved in Leadership Northern Kentucky; in 2016 she served as Program Chair.  

She lives in Crescent Springs.

Chad Detmer promoted at Immedion

Chad Detmer

Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of data center services including Cloud, colocation and managed services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Detmer to Sales Director for Cincinnati. In his new role, Detmer will be responsible for growing the Cincinnati customer base, personnel management, local marketing, and customer satisfaction.

Detmer joined Immedion in October as a Senior Account Executive. With over 20 years of experience in IT and customer service, Chad is well-suited to work with clients to solve complex technical problems.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and has attained several technical certifications. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Small Business and Enterprise, Interactive Intelligence CIC Implementation Certified, and has both WAN/LAN and CTI design expertise.

Nancy Spivey joins DBL Law

Nancy A. Spivey has joined DBL Law as its new Marketing Director.

Spivey will provide strategic guidance in managing the firm’s day-to-day marketing efforts throughout Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati and Louisville and in new markets as the firm continues its strategic growth.

Spivey had previously served as VP, Development for YWCA Greater Cincinnati as well as in various leadership roles with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
