AT&T Aspire grant supports Bowles Center leadership program for high school students

AT&T has donated $12,500 to the Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach in Covington

The grant will support the African American Male and Hispanic Male Cultural Empowerment and Leadership Initiative that will provide 100 high school students with leadership development, along with college and career readiness opportunities to help them be successful in school and the workforce.

“AT&T has a historic commitment to supporting quality education across the United States, and the efforts being made by the Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach to promote student success and leadership are great examples of the type of commitment that is necessary to help ensure that our students have the best opportunities for college and career readiness,” said Hollie Spade, director legislative affairs, AT&T Kentucky.

“Through AT&T Aspire, we are investing in students, technology and social innovations to create a capable and diverse workforce that will thrive in our communities and the 21st century economy.”
