Kristen Zavo is a best-selling author and career coach… And now, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) Women’s Initiative will host her for a presentation to help you beat burnout professionally and personally.
Zavo will serve as the featured speaker for “Beat Burnout: Tools to Identify, Overcome and Thrive at Work… And in Life,” the next event in the Women’s Initiative’s Professional Series, sponsored by PNC. Taking place from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, the virtual event is designed to “banish the burnout” so busy professionals can be productive and engaged at work and in life. Topics that will be addressed during the presentation include:
• Recognizing the difference between burnout and exhaustion and what to do about it
• How to recognize burnout before it sabotages your efforts
• Why burnout shows up
• How to recognize and eliminate “energy vampires”
• Ten ways to manage and recover from burnout
Sarah Gray, Business Banking and U.S. Bank Vice President, and Women’s Initiative Professional Series Committee Chair, encourages anyone concerned about burnout to attend the presentation.
“Burnout is something that can have devastating effects on anyone from an entry level employee all the way up to a C-suite executive. With this event, we will provide our attendees with tools and solutions they can use to not just overcome burnout, but thrive in the face of adversity,” Gray said. “Kristen is a top leader in her field; her experience, expertise and enthusiasm for this topic will surely help all our attendees overcome their own challenges with burnout at work and in their own lives.”
