The Think Shop announced the return of the THINK SQUARE art show for its seventh year. The event will showcase the incredible talent of over 50 local artists, each exhibiting their unique work in a 5” x 5” format, offering a little something for everyone.
Think Square 7 will take place at 811 Monmouth St, Newport, with an opening reception on Friday, September 27, from 4-8 p.m.
Admission is free, and there will be refreshments. Invite family, friends, and neighbors.
Starting the evening of the opening reception, the 5″x 5” framed art pieces will be available for purchase online at thinksquareart.com.
“As the coordinator of the Think Square shows, I am excited every year when I get an enthusiastic “yes” from more than 55 artists who want to exhibit again in our upcoming show. It is always exciting to see how each artist will respond, in their uniquely creative way, to the 5×5 inch format”, comments Andrea Knarr, local artist, and curator.
The Think Shop is committed to supporting the arts and promoting cultural enrichment in the community.
“Think Square has truly become a cherished tradition. This fantastic showcase of original, hand-crafted, and local art resonates deeply with the very foundation of our business as creative thinkers. I eagerly look forward to Think Square every year,” said David Dalton, principal and owner of The Think Shop.
The show will run on weekdays from September 30 to October 25 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All art will be for sale — a great way to support local artists in the community.
