Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky (HONK) is inviting the community to attend its House to Home Fundraising Event Friday, May 1, from 6-9 p.m. to celebrate new homeowners and the organization’s collective impact on increasing access to affordable homeownership.
Held at The Loft at Braxton Brewing Company in Covington, the event will bring together neighbors, supporters, and advocates to celebrate HONK’s mission of transforming lives through affordable homeownership. For more than 30 years, HONK has worked alongside families to create affordable homeownership opportunities across Northern Kentucky.
At the center of this year’s fundraising effortis the House to Home Bourbon Raffle, featuring a vertical six-bottle Pappy Van Winkle complete lineup, valued at $13,500.
Every raffle ticket purchased directly supports HONK’s work to guide individuals and families from housing instability to homeownership—through education and long-term support. It’s a model that doesn’t just provide housing but creates lasting stability and generational impact.

• $100 per ticket
• Limited to just 250 tickets
• One winner receives the full Pappy Van Winkle six-bottle collection
• Drawing held live at 8:45 PM on May 1, 2026
• Facebook livestream will be available; winner need not be present to win
• Must be 21+ to participate; conducted in accordance with Kentucky charitable gaming regulations

Event tickets for House to Home are sold separately and include an evening of storytelling, community celebration, a silent auction, live music, light bites catered by Delish Dish, one drink ticket then cash bar and opportunities to engage directly with HONK’s mission.
“This is about more than a raffle, silent auction or an event,” said Maarika Mann. “It’s about what happens when a community comes together to make homeownership possible. Every ticket, every volunteer, every moment of support helps move someone from uncertainty to stability.”
