Master Provisions (MP) has announced the grand opening of its new location at 10205 Toebben Drive in Independence.

A ribbon cutting ceremony and and public open house will take place on Thursday, May 14 from 3-6 p.m.
The new facility marks a milestone for MP, a faith-based nonprofit food bank providing essential food and resources to tristate nonprofits like soup kitchens, shelters, recovery centers, food pantries, and schools. A 30,000 square foot footprint coupled with vertical racking capabilities will allow ten times the pallet storage capacity compared to their old facility. Their 3,000 square foot cooler/freezer more than doubles their capacity to distribute frozen and refrigerated food.
The grand opening will feature remarks from MP President Shane Armstrong, a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by refreshments and a self-paced tour of the new space.
“God has blessed our ministry with this building, and we are excited to watch Him fill it with the resources our communities need to thrive,” said Armstrong. “This grand opening represents a significant milestone for us, and we look forward to sharing this moment with our neighbors and friends.”
