Ludlow Garden Walk highlights 12 distinctive gardens, benefits Ludlow Historical Society

The charm of Ludlow will be in full bloom as the Ludlow Historic Society invites visitors to experience gardens and neighborhoods of this Northern Kentucky river town.

The event takes place Saturday, June 20 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The tour features 12 home gardens showcasing the creativity and passion of homeowners.

From thoughtfully designed small-space gardens to expansive landscapes complete with in-ground pools, each stop will offer something unique to explore.

Several vegetable gardens will be included as well, demonstrating how residents combine both beauty and sustainability in their own back yards.

In addition to the gardens, visitors are encouraged to stroll through the city’s business district. Shops, restaurants, bars, and the local distillery Second Sight Spirits will be open for business.

Tickets for the tour are $15, benefitting the work of the Historic Society, whose mission is to preserve the architectural character of an old river and railroad town.

Tickets can be bought online here or at the day of the event at the Ludlow City Building, 51 Elm Street.

The Garden Walk will be held rain or shine.
