C-Forward has announced the promotion of Charlie Bowen to vice president client strategy. In his new role, Bowen will lead the company’s client strategy efforts, strengthening relationships with clients and helping ensure their technology investments align with their long-term business goals.

As Vice President Client Strategy, Charlie will play an important role in helping our clients use technology not simply to solve problems, but to move their businesses forward.”
Bowen joined C-Forward in 2019 as a network engineer following a 19-year career at Northern Kentucky University, where he provided IT and project expertise to the Natural Science Departments and the College of Informatics. Since joining C-Forward, Bowen has continued to bring that combination of technical expertise, project leadership and relationship-building to the company. Most recently, he served as supervisor of C-Forward’s vCIO team, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop technology strategies to support their success.

Earlier this year, Bowen completed Leadership Northern Kentucky, a program focused on leadership development, community engagement and building connections across Northern Kentucky. In his new position, Bowen will continue to build strategic client relationships while helping guide C-Forward’s approach to delivering proactive, business-focused technology solutions.
