C-Forward has announced Dale Silver, the company’s vice president of client services, will retire January 15, marking the close of a chapter defined by leadership, service, and commitment to clients, colleagues, and the Northern Kentucky community.
Since joining C-Forward in 2012, Silver has helped shape the client-focused culture that fueled the company’s growth and long-term success. Originally hired to establish the company’s client services function, she created the foundation that enabled C-Forward to expand while maintaining the exceptional customer experience that has become a hallmark of the organization. Guided by her “client first” philosophy and personal motto to “keep the client happy” Dale helped C-Forward triple in size, while maintaining an industry-leading client retention rate of 98%.
“Throughout her career, Dale has exemplified C-Forward’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships,” said Brian Ruschman, president of C-Forward. “As our company grew, Dale helped ensure that growth was built on trust, loyalty, and exceptional customer care. Her professionalism, leadership, and genuine concern for others have made our company stronger, and she leaves behind a legacy that few people can match.”

During her tenure, Silver helped manage more than $1 million in charitable giving and community investments, strengthening partnerships with nonprofit organizations and reinforcing the company’s culture of service.
Her dedication to serving others extends well beyond C-Forward. Over the years, Dale has served on more than 20 nonprofit and community boards, including the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, Leadership Northern Kentucky as both graduate and Chair, the Northern Kentucky Chamber Women’s Initiative as a co-founder, the Covington Business Council, Rosie Reds as President, the Hoxworth Blood Center Board of Directors, and many others. Her commitment to servant leadership has earned her numerous honors, including the Walter L. Pieschel Volunteer Award, the Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky Award, and the Leader of Distinction Award.
“As I take this next step, I’m grateful to God, who has blessed my life in so many ways,” said Silver. “I’m filled with gratitude for everyone who has been part of my journey. To my coworkers, leaders, mentors, clients, and friends, thank you for your support, encouragement, and the laughs and tears we’ve shared over the years.
“I am especially proud to have been part of the leadership team alongside Brent Cooper, Brian Ruschman, and Kevin Stiverson. Together we’ve accomplished so much, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to have worked with the incredible team at C-Forward. I consider my retirement a celebration of what is yet to come.”
