Designed around a culture rooted in Verst’s 60-year legacy while supporting its strategic roadmap for the future, the custom-built office features advanced AV capabilities, an operations Logistics Hub, and an expansive company lounge.

The space was tailored to create an environment where collaboration thrives, bringing teams closer together to encourage stronger partnerships, drive innovation, and enhance customer service.

“This is not just a new office opening; it represents our growth, expansion into new markets, and the strong momentum driving our business forward,” said Todd Johnson, President and CEO of Verst Logistics. “The investments we are making both here in Northern Kentucky and across the country reflect our confidence in the future and reinforce our commitment to serving customers wherever they need us. The teams who work here, collaborate here, innovate here, and build relationships here are the exact reason Verst continues to grow and thrive.”

Developed in partnership with real estate investment and development firm Corporex, the state-of-the-art, 20,119-square-foot Class A facility brings executive leadership and 75 employees under one roof, marking a major strategic milestone for the nationwide third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

Situated in Boone County within Corporex’s CirclePort corporate park, the high-visibility location features prominent signage along I-275 and places leadership directly at the intersection of Northern Kentucky’s critical transit infrastructure.

The site offers seamless access to the growing I-275/Mineola interchange, the Cincinnati Central Business District, and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)—the 7th largest cargo airport in North America.

“As Corporex recently celebrated 60 years of shaping regional development, strategic real estate partnerships like this one with Verst Logistics demonstrate the ongoing power of local business growth,” said Brett Blackwell, President and COO of Corporex. “Structuring this deal allowed us to align our Class A office assets at CirclePort with the long-term operational needs of another iconic, 60-year-old Northern Kentucky company, ensuring they have the modern infrastructure required to scale nationally.”
