The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region’s only Bengals-themed restaurant is kicking off Bengals season with an appearance by Who Dey and the Ben-Gals and a paint-by-numbers mural experience.
Travelers and employees are invited to pick up a paint brush near the entrance of the Bengals Kitchen & Bar in Concourse B at CVG and help complete a large 10 ft.x 3.5 foot mural announcing “Bengals 2026 Kick Off Weekend” and featuring Paycor Stadium, the Cincinnati skyline, Bengals logos and bourbon.
“Delighting passengers and celebrating the Bengals is part of our DNA here at CVG, and we’re excited to bring the two together this weekend through this mural experience,” said Larry Krauter, CEO of the airport. “We’re grateful to have strong partnerships with both SSP America and the Bengals as part of our strategy to deliver value for customers and build a strong sense of community at the airport. Who Dey!”
“The best part of the journey just got a little more orange and black. We had a blast joining travelers, team members, Who Dey and the Ben-Gals to help kick off Bengals season at CVG,” said Paul Loupakos, Executive Vice President, Business Development, at SSP America. “Any time we can bring fans together, add a little paint, and celebrate the excitement of game day, we’re all in. Who Dey!”
In front of Bengals Kitchen & Bar in Concourse B on Friday, Ben-Gals and the Who Dey mascot posed for photos while other passengers and airport employees painted sections of the mural.
Each small container of paint was marked with a number corresponding to sections of the mural, making participation a snap.
Among those stopping for a photo on Friday were lifelong Bengals fans Vincent Galdieri and his cousin Sean Bower of New Jersey, who flew into CVG with two friends to see the kickoff game.
“This is cool. I like this,” Galdieri said of the warm welcome in front of Bengals Kitchen.
“We try to come out to Cincinnati once a year every year, and this year it turned out to be opening day,” Galdieri said. He then offered his prediction: “I think we’re going to win Sunday, and I think we’re going to win the AFC this year.”
The mural will become the property of CVG.
