Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), in partnership with Evolvending, has launched new automated dining concepts in Concourse B, expanding access to fresh, hot meals, breakfast, snacks and quick bites throughout the day.
Located near Gate B21, the airport’s new deployment features White Castle, Wow Bao, Evolve CAFE and The Amish Pretzel Co., providing travelers and airport employees with a diverse mix of convenient food choices available around the clock.

The addition reflects CVG’s continued investment in flexible amenities that meet travelers’ needs beyond traditional restaurant operating hours. CVG is the first airport to offer The Amish Pretzel Co. Menu through Evolvending’s smart retail network. Created by the bakers behind Ben’s Soft Pretzels, The Amish Pretzel Co. offers handcrafted sweet and savory pretzel products backed by a nationally recognized brand.
“By providing 24/7 access to trusted food brands, we’re enhancing convenience for our customers while embracing innovative solutions that strengthen both the passenger experience and the airport’s long-term business performance,” said Larry Krauter, CEO of CVG.
Travelers should keep an eye out for new options over time, as Evolvending’s automated platform gives CVG the flexibility to introduce, rotate and optimize concepts based on traveler preferences, location- specific demand and emerging culinary trends. The company’s portfolio includes nationally recognized restaurant and food brands such as TGI Fridays, Garbanzo Mediterranean, White Castle, Twisted Taco, The Cheesecake Factory, Wow Bao, California Pizza Kitchen, Farmer’s Fridge, Tres Locos, Pure Green Juice, The Amish Pretzel Co., Evolve CAFE and more.
“Cincinnati represents another exciting milestone in our continued national expansion,” said Valentina Ellison, CEO of Evolvending. “One of the greatest strengths of our platform is our ability to bring together outstanding brands that reflect how travelers want to eat today. The strong early response reinforces our strategy of delivering diverse, high-quality dining options while giving airport partners greater flexibility to meet evolving traveler preferences.”
For Evolvending, the CVG deployment further strengthens its presence across major transportation hubs nationwide. The company currently operates nearly 50 automated dining kiosks across eight airports, with more than 60 additional locations planned for launch in the coming months.
The collaboration supports CVG’s broader strategy to enhance the passenger experience, expand dining access and improve operational flexibility. Together, CVG and Evolvending are pairing the airport’s customer-focused concessions approach with Evolvending’s mix of trusted national brands, emerging concepts and data-driven operations.
