NKY Chamber seeking presenters for 9th annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium March 10

The Northern Kentucky of Chamber of Commerce is seeking dynamic, insightful, and engaging presenters for its 9th annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium with this year’s theme being “Where People & Technology Intersect.”

With approximately 100 human resources and other business professionals expected, this event is designed to help HR professionals identify the overlap between people and talent and how that knowledge can help refine talent attraction and retention strategies.

“This event highlights innovative ways business leaders can make sure they are not falling behind when it comes to attracting and retaining talent,” said Nancy Spivey, Vice President of Talent Strategies at the NKY Chamber. “The symposium will focus on strategies that HR practitioners can take with them as they navigate the ever-evolving world of talent attraction and retention and allow for thought sharing amongst peers. We look forward to welcoming engaging speakers who can share valuable insights and actionable solutions to help attendees thrive in the changing human resources landscape.”

Presenters will lead roundtable discussions focused on transformative talent strategies. The symposium will be held March 10 at the Kenton County Public Library – Erlanger Branch.

Presenters will need to be available from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on March 10 to facilitate two 30-minute roundtable sessions. Suggested presentation topics include, but are not limited to:

• Modernizing job descriptions
• Using AI for Workforce Forecasting
• AI Usage Policies
• Talent Intelligence in Recruiting
• AI as Your Business Partner
• HR Digital Transformation

Those with expertise in the above topics or other workforce and talent retention themes relevant to the symposium’s target audiences are encouraged to apply online at NKYChamber.com/talent.
