The doors are set to open 10:30 a.m., and the president will speak around 2 p.m. Those interested can sign up online for tickets. Guests are permitted a maximum of four tickets.

In social media posts, police said Trump’s visit would impact traffic throughout the entire day.

“Anticipate significant traffic delays and potential road closures in the areas surrounding Northern Kentucky University and Truist Arena,” police said. “Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and consider alternate routes when traveling through the area.”

Police later indicated the heaviest traffic impacts would be observed between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. near NKU.

Updated traffic information will be shared as it becomes available, police said.

NKU issued a statement that this is “an externally organized event and is not sponsored by Northern Kentucky University.”
