Our river cities fought back flood waters as last week’s deep snow melted away followed by heavy rains — raising river levels to over 57 feet. It was ugly.
Now as the water recedes, Chuck Eilerman, city commissioner and photographer, turned his lens to capturing the beauty of the scenery.
