People Working Cooperatively is inviting the local community to join in celebrating their 40th anniversary of providing critical home repairs, modification and weatherization services to low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners in Greater Cincinnati. The celebration, which includes dinner, dancing, and cake, will take place at Drees Pavilion in Covington on Friday, Sept. 11, beginning at 6 p.m.
“PWC has assisted more than 282,000 homeowners in 40 years,” said Jock Pitts, president and CEO of People Working Cooperatively. “We couldn’t have done it all without the help of our dedicated staff and volunteers, and our generous sponsors. We’re excited to take this opportunity to celebrate the people who make this all possible, and the wonderful community that we live in.”
Attendees of the 40th Anniversary Celebration will enjoy drinks, dinner, dancing, and cake, along with a short program recognizing PWC’s staff, volunteers, and sponsors. Local 12’s Bob Herzog will serve as emcee, and DJ Toad will provide music following the program.
Tickets are $55/person and can be purchased online here or by contacting Lauren Hall at (513) 482-5112. Sponsored tables are also available.
