Sullivan University Center for Learning hosts stress management workshop for nonprofit employees

The Sullivan University Center for Learning-Northern Kentucky is hosting a free breakfast workshop, “Managing Your Stress and Your Time,” for employees of nonprofit organizations.

The workshop is scheduled Thursday, Feb. 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Sullivan’s Northern Kentucky location, 207 Grandview Dr., Fort Mitchell.

The discussion-based session will be led by Dr. Angie Taylor of Taylor Career Strategies and Dr. Vicki Berling, executive director of the Sullivan University Center for Learning-Northern Kentucky, and will focus on providing employees of non-profits with useful methods for thriving within the high-stress and fast-paced work environments often seen at these organizations.

“We understand that resources are tight and expectations are high when you work in a non-profit organization,” Dr. Berling said. “This workshop is designed to teach you useful ways you can reduce stress, make the best use of your time, and maximize the impact of your organization.”

The session is free of charge, but space is limited. To attend the event, please reserve your seat on Sullivan.edu/nky;  by calling 859-331-1548 ext. 1; or emailing NKYAdmissions@sullivan.edu.
