The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has hired Stacey Armah as its new leadership program specialist.
Armah will support the NKY Chamber’s community-based leadership programs, including Leadership Northern Kentucky, Encounter NKY and Regional Youth Leadership (RYL). She will be responsible for assisting with program planning, implementation, administration, and ensuring participants and alumni have positive experiences.
“I love seeing people become the best version of themselves,” said Armah,”and this opportunity allows me to play a hands-on-role in growing and challenging leaders at all levels through the NKY Chamber’s leadership programs.”
NKY Chamber Director of Leadership Ann Marie Whelan says Armah’s enthusiasm will serve her well in helping members and program participants maximize their program participation and experiences.
“Stacey’s previous experience working with students, combined with her passion for fostering growth in others, makes her an ideal choice for this role,” says Whelan. “I look forward to collaborating with her as we continue our mission to develop, connect, inspire, and challenge leaders at all levels through life-changing leadership experiences.”
A native of Ghana, Africa, Armah graduated from Northern Kentucky University in May, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems with a minor in Business Analytics. Her previous work experience includes a business analyst internship with American Modern Insurance Group in Cincinnati in 2023 and serving as a both a housing resident assistant and annual giving student assistant with NKU.
