Rossetti leads BE NKY’s economic development team, focusing on attracting new businesses to Northern Kentucky and helping Northern Kentucky’s existing primary industry companies grow and expand, through a business retention program.

With Kimberly’s leadership, her team has won 130 projects, representing more than $2 billion in capital investment and projects that announced more than 10,570 new jobs since 2019. She led relationship building with companies such as Fidelity Investments, ADM, Niagara Bottling, Perfetti Van Melle, R.A Jones, Protective Life, Amazon, ZEISS Vision Care, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Summit Packaging Solutions, DAV, FEAM AERO, and many others.

“When my family moved here seven years ago, Northern Kentucky welcomed us with open arms, and we fell deeply in love with the region,” said Rossetti. “I am invested in this work and honored to be the Chief Economic Development Officer at BE NKY. I look forward to continuing our team’s work of growing the economy, creating good jobs and strengthening prosperity across Northern Kentucky.”

Kimberly’s work in economic development extends beyond the local level. She is a member of the Kentucky Association for Economic Development (KAED), and the organization elected her to its Board of Directors in November 2020. She currently serves as Past Chair of KAED.

In 2023, Kimberly graduated from Leadership Cincinnati and in 2024, Consultant Connect named her one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers.
