The new sanctuary, which will seat more than 1,800 and took nearly three years of construction, represents a $21 million investment in the church’s future and its ministry. Nearly 5,000 families financially contributed to the project.

The story of Community Family Church is one that began in a small prayer meeting in 1953 and has since grown, over the past 73 years, to be a home-church for thousands of members.

The church is now preparing to welcome the community into its new home. The facility features state-of-the-art audio and visual technology and was constructed with significant attention to structural resilience, including engineering designed to withstand extremely severe weather conditions.

While the new sanctuary will provide additional space for worship, Community Family Church says the facility is also part of its larger commitment to serving Northern Kentucky.

The open house will highlight the church’s commitment to outreach and mission work, as well as the church’s many ministries. Guests attending the open house will have the opportunity to tour the new sanctuary with guides and visit ministry exploration tables throughout the facility.
