CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting names CancerFree KIDS its September charity partner

CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting (CTI), a global, privately held research organization headquartered in Covington, has named CancerFree KIDS its September charity partner, in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Through CTI Cares, employees across the globe will support the organization’s mission to fund innovative pediatric cancer research through fundraising, awareness, and educational initiatives.

“Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is an opportunity to recognize the children and families affected by cancer while supporting the research that can improve outcomes for patients,” said Jamie Glavic, senior manager, Corporate Communications & Community Engagement and Global Lead of CTI Cares. “We’re proud to partner with CancerFree KIDS to help raise awareness and encourage employees to make an impact in their communities.”

Throughout September, CTI employees will participate in the CancerFree KIDS 100 Mile Challenge, with group walks and other activities planned across multiple office locations, bringing colleagues together in a shared effort that spans CTI’s global footprint.

“CTI is an incredible partner in advancing our mission to fund innovative pediatric cancer research,” said Jill Brinck, executive director of CancerFree KIDS. “Their commitment to raise awareness, engage employees in meaningful philanthropy, and support innovative research exemplifies their leadership in championing pediatric cancer research in September and beyond.”

Earlier this year, CTI partnered with CancerFree KIDS and LifeSciKY to host the “Turning Potential into Promise” Research Experience, bringing together researchers, innovators, and industry leaders to explore how collaboration can accelerate progress in pediatric cancer research.
