MAMMOTH Music & Arts Festival will return for its third year on Sunday, October 4 kicking off at noon-8 p.m. outside, with the party continuing inside the Southgate House Revival until 11 p.m.
Heading this year’s stacked roster is viral NYC sensation Too Many Zooz. Known for their manically kinetic, high-energy dance sound that blends avant-garde jazz, EDM, and punk rock, the internationally acclaimed trio, who have collaborated with Beyoncé and racked up millions of views, will bring their explosive performance to Newport.
In addition, the 2026 lineup is brings together a powerhouse of performers including Texas honky-tonk country legend Dale Watson, Blues guitarist Nat Myers, Indie-punk icons Ted Leo & The Pharmacists, the uniquely entertaining Laid Back Country Picker, Local and regional legends: FreekBass, Jess Lamb & Siri Imani, The Turkeys, Dallas Moore, Falls City Boys, 2-22’s, Sunday Fed Creek Birds, Black Signal and many more.
Returning to the Lounge is the legendary Jockey Club Takeover, hosted by Aurore Press’ Chucky Byrd. Take a trip down memory lane for the punk rock scene connected with Newport, KY. This year’s lineup includes The Tigerlilies, The Carradines, Coffin Dodgers, Disturbance, Ric Hickey Trio, Juan Electro, and Plush Machine, with books, poster art, and punk rock all day.
MAMMOTH is all about bringing the community together. The energy isn’t just contained to Sunday, either. Local hotspots throughout Newport are joining the fun all weekend long, offering live music and special promotions to create the ultimate MAMMOTH Weekend. Start the party on Friday, October 2nd, and Saturday, October 3rd, before the fest at all of the local “stompin’ spots”
“The city is excited for a third successful year of the Mammoth Music Festival. The event brings people of all ages and walks of life to historic Monmouth Street for a great time and even better music,” says Newport City Manager John Hayden.
This year’s festival is taking over Monmouth Street, moving the Artist Avenue to extend South on Monmouth its deeper into the heart of Newport, to accommodate even more fine artists’ booths. The expansion unlocks a wave of exciting new experiences, like the larger Kids and Family Zone built for all-ages fun. Festival-goers can discover incredible local fine art talent and shop community favorites at the brand-new Merchants Corner, a spot for local vendors to set up and promote their business. Recharge between sets at the exclusive New Riff Bourbon Lounge and Red Bull DJ Truck and Fan Activation Zone.
